The film adapts Noam Chomsky’s Understanding Power using shadow art, a medium that reflects the hidden nature of the political structures Chomsky critiques. Just as shadows obscure the truth of an object, so too do power and media narratives obscure the truth of political manipulation. The use of shadows creates a dynamic, abstract space where these themes can be explored symbolically and poetically, encouraging viewers to critically engage with the hidden forces that shape society.
